Our vision for the new company is to expand its customer base with local contractors and to
help Dynamic Fabrication Inc. serve its existing customers in the mining industry. The added
production capacity will help both companies stay on top of projects and allow each to take on
larger projects with an impressive turnaround. We anticipate Structural Fabrication, Inc. to focus
on material handling portions of current projects at present.
Sructural Fabricators, Inc. was formed in 1984 and has been in business continuously serving
their customers in the construction and maintenance industries. John Fehn Jr. founded the
company and has been successful throughout his career. John recently came to the difficult
decision of selling the assets of Structural Fabricators, Inc. He was rightfully concerned about
his faithful employees and was anxious that they would be left without work. Dynamic
Fabrication had been looking for another facility but was unable to find the right facility with
management and employees in place. Until late December of 08. DFI's owners were fortunate
enough to have enough work in progress to keep Structural Fabrication, Inc. including the
former employees of Structural Fabricators busy, for several months to come.

customer base and better serve its existing customers with the addition of the new company's
facility and assets. Structural Fabricator's employees get to keep their jobs and not even miss a
